The breakfast was generous and tasty, and I especially loved the lovely pool area that offered a resort feel in the heart of the city. it's also a short walk to Parque Julio Fracalanza, perfect for a relaxing stroll among greenery, and only a few minutes away from the buzzing Internacional Shopping Guarulhos for a bit of urban excitement.

The breakfast was really good with a nice selection and I loved how they had fresh fruits available to take on the go and how helpful the staff were in helping me with a late checkout so I could chill by the pool before my flight
It wasn't exactly pocket change but still reasonable enough for what you get

The airport shuttle situation needs work. it can take a long time and isn't clearly marked once you arrive. Additionally, noise from the hallways and above can disrupt sleep, and the dining area feels cramped, making it tough to enjoy meals without distractions.
